Volunteers from CTAP - Community Traffic Awareness Program continued their safe driving sign-waving campaign on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 on Kaahele Street near the entrance to the Newtown Recreation Center in Aiea.

CTAP is led by Representative K. Mark Takai and the Honolulu Police Department along with community volunteers from Pearl City and Aiea
