The Rotary Club of Pearlridge made four more special visits to Manana Elementary, Gus Webling Elementary, Pearl City Highlands Elementary, and Alvah Scott Elementary during the week of October 13 – October 17, 2014 to deliver free dictionaries to third grade students and their teachers during presentation assemblies held at each school.
The dictionaries are donated each year by the Rotary Club of Pearlridge as a part of Rotary International's Annual Dictionary 5000 Project. Aiea and Pearl City third graders and their teachers representing 12 schools will receive over 800 dictionaries during the 2014-2015 school year.
