Lady Chargers triple sweep visiting Lady Na Ali’I (10.20.2021)

The Pearl City Lady Chargers dominated the visiting Aiea Na Ali’i Wednesday, October 20, 2021 in OIA West Girls Volleyball by sweeping the White Varsity (2-0), Junior Varsity (2-0), and the Varsity (3-0) 25-12, 25-18, and 25-18.

The Lady Chargers Varsity team picked up their first win of the season under first year head coach Sheri Sagayaga.

Wednesday’s matches also welcomed back fans in the stands since the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions shut down spectators attending Oahu Interscholastic Association sports.

As of Wednesday, October 20, 2021, spectators are allowed to purchase tickets online with volleyball limited to 250 spectators and football capped at 1000.
Wednesday night’s volleyball matches at Pearl City High School experienced technical difficulties processing online tickets purchased, but was worked out and didn’t affect ticket holders having access to the volleyball matches.

The Lady Chargers get back to action on Monday, October 25 on the road at Leilehua to take on the Lady Mules. First serve for the White Varsity match is 5:00pm with the JV and Varsity to follow.
