Pearl City beat Kihei in extra innings 6-5 at the 2015 Hawaii Little League 9-10 Year Olds State Championship Tournament on Monday, Jume 22, 2015. Gavin Ainoa drove in Kennadie Tsue in the bottom of the seventh inning with the winning run. Shaine Fujii earned the win for Pearl City.

The win forced a winner-take-all game for the tournament championship that was won by Pearl City 10-0 in the bottom of the fourth inning due to the 10-run rule.
