The Pearl City Chargers repeated as the OIA Varsity Girls Wrestling Champions on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Leilehua High School. Pearl City dominated the competition by compiling 177 points to second place Waianae High School's 128 points.
The Chargers also won win 5 individual titles.
