In the Community: Kiewit helps Waipahu Weed and Seed graffiti paint out program

On May 28, Kiewit participated in a graffiti paint out. Together with Waipahu's Weed and Seed program, Kiewit and HART helped paint over the graffiti walls along Pupupuhi Street bordering Waipahu Intermediate School on Farrington Highway. Honolulu Painting donated 10 gallons of paint to complete the project. This vital federal government program strengthens local communities by weeding out criminal activity and seeding the community with crime-prevention and neighborhood restoration.
