Pearl City Elementary School presented the "Tour of The World" Fair on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in the school's main courtyard. The "Tour of The World" Fair celebrated the diversity and cultures and multi-generational families who share their pride in the different languages.
Students from pre-school through sixth grade designed and manned booths representing countries from around the world; United States, Japan, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Jamaica, New Zealand. There was also a World Bank that featured a currency rate exchange.
The United States featured New York City (the Big Apple) and the Statue of Liberty. Hawaii spread the Aloha throughout the world on Wednesday via the Pearl City Elementary School student body, faculty, parents and school supporters.
