The Kaiser Lady Cougars defeated the Pearl City Lady Chargers 19-21, 21-15, 15-13 to win the Oahu Interscholastic Association White Division II Volleyball Championship on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at McKinley High School.

The two teams battled from the opening serve with the Lady Chargers rallying from a 6-13 deficit to take game one 21-19.

Game two was close, but the Lady Cougars pulled away with the game tied at 14-14 to win it 21-15.

Game three (rally scoring) was a thriller with both teams fighting for every point. With the game tied at 13-13, the Lady Cougars picked up the next two points, went ahead 15-13 and walked off as the newly crowned 2017 OIA White Division II Champions!

Congratulations to the Lady Cougars and Lady Chargers for an exciting, and inspirational championship finale.
