The Pearl City Chargers finished a perfect 7-0 in Oahu Interscholastic Association Division 2 Junior Varsity football regular season standings after defeating the Kaimuki Bulldogs 36-3 on Saturday at Farrington High School's Edward Skippa' Diaz Stadium.

“The kids did a great job”, said Chargers head coach Robin Puahala.  “They worked hard for this. They knew what was at stake and they know what’s coming up next. We have a lot of guys that need to play, but they look good.  Thank you to all our supporters, families, and staff.”

The Chargers earned the #1 seed in the upcoming OIA D2 Championship playoffs and will meet Kaimuki once again in the semifinals with date, time and location to be determined.
