The Pearl City Lady Chargers defeated the Waianae Lady Seariders on Saturday 13-2 to open the 2020 Oahu Interscholastic Association Water Polo regular season at Central Oahu Regional Park.

Waianae’s loss to Pearl City was the school’s first OIA competitive match for the newly formed Lady Seariders water polo program. Waianae lost by forfeit to Leilehua on March 4. Both Waianae (0-3) and Pearl City (1-1) suffered losses to Mililani (2-0) on Saturday. Waianae was defeated by a forfeit while Pearl City went down to Mililani 12-8.
