Special Olympics Hawaii Athletes Kick Off the End of Summer at 23rd Annual Aukake Classic, August 4-5

23rd Annual Aukake Classic, August 4-5 at Waiau District Park

WHAT: Special Olympics Hawaii athletes and coaches will celebrate the culmination of the 2018 summer season at the 23rd Annual Aukake Classic on August 4 - 5, 2018. More than 400 athletes and coaches from across the state are expected to participate in the two-day event. Competition includes a five-a-side soccer tournament,  individual skills soccer competition as well as traditional and unified bocce doubles competition.

Athletes prepare from June through August and participate in area and regional competitions to qualify for this event. The Aukake Classic is one of three state competitions that Special Olympics Hawaii holds annually.
