Special Olympics Hawaii held the Oahu Wide Bocce & Soccer Tournament on Saturday, August 1 at Waiau District Park in Pearl City.
Special Olympics Hawaii athletes competed in different divisions in both Bocce and Soccer.
Special Olympics Hawaii staff, volunteers and volunteer coaches did a great job in making the event a huge success. Congratulations to all the athletes who participated in the event. Mahalo to family and friends that came out to support the athletes.
Next up for Special Olympics Hawaii is the Aukake Classic on Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23 at Waiau District Park in Pearl City. Special Olympic Hawaii athletes will compete in a 5-a-side Soccer tournament, Individual Skills competition as well as Traditional and Unified Bocce Doubles competition.
