It was Vermiculture (worms!) Day at the Urban Garden Center on Saturday, August 8th.
Businesses came together on Saturday to teach the public about composting with worms.
They provided valuable composting with worms information as well as products for purchase.
Visitors also had their gardening questions answered from Urban Garden Center
Master Gardeners who were on site.
Next up at the Urban Garden Center is “Container Vegetable Gardening” on September 12, 2009, 9am-12pm.
