The Pearl City Chargers Football teams came away with victories in both Junior Varsity and Varsity level OIA White Division action this past Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Bino Neves Stadium on the Pearl City High School campus. A packed stadium watched Pearl City take on their cross town rivals from Aiea.
The Junior Varsity turned in tough performance downing the Na Ali`i 19-6. The Varsity came away with hard fought victory defeating the Na Ali`i 16-14 in the final minutes of a back and forth scoring thriller.
