Pearl City Chargers Junior Varsity Football team pulled off a 17-14 victory over the visiting Radford Rams in a come from behind thriller this past Friday night (9/4).
Quarterback Brock Teixeira scored on a 1 yard touchdown run late in the 4th Quarter to put the Chargers ahead for good.
The Chargers Defense played tough with seconds to go in the 4th quarter stopping the Rams inside the Chargers 10 yard line.
For the second week in a row the Chargers have been impressive and have kept their cool under fire. Chargers Head Coach Raymond Padello gives credit to his coaching staffing for calling a great game.
The Chargers travel to Moanalua High School to take on the Menehune on Friday, September 11. Kick off is scheduled for 5:00pm.
