Furlough Friday Decision Hits Home

Judge Ezra was concerned that there would not be enough time to call back the teachers for tomorrow if the decision was made today to halt the furloughs. That would have jeopardized the safety of the students being dropped off at school without teachers being present.

A hearing to consider motions for a preliminary injunction has been scheduled by Judge Ezra for 8:30am, November 5.
