Pearl City Community Church held its annual White Elephant & Country Store fundraiser on Saturday, April 17, 2010 to help raise funds for local and worldwide charities in need.
The PCCA Women's Ministry organized the fundraiser event and welcomed the crowd who came to shop and support the church's charity efforts.

Shoppers had hundreds of items to choose from at the White Elephant & Country Store on Saturday, April 17.
All proceeds from the Saturday's sale have been ear-marked for outreach programs for the homeless, the underprivileged, the abused, and those facing life's challenges.
The 3 recipients of the White Elephant Proceeds are:
(1) The River of Life Mission. PCCC supports the Mission's Woman's Facility. Currently there's several women in the Facility who have been released from prison and are facing difficult challenges. Help is always needed to get these women back into society equipped with job skills.
(2) The United Church of Christ Transition House for Battered Women and their Children. The Transition House is a Safe Home for abused women.
(3) Haiti Relief Fund. Of Course, there never seems to be sufficient funds or supplies to rebuild lives that have been so tragically disrupted by the horrendous destruction of the earthquake in Haiti.

Event organizers from the PCCC Women's Ministry also served as volunteers keeping everything running smoothly throughout the day.
