The Pearl City Chargers (2-0) notched win number two in the OIA White Division against the visiting Nanakuli Golden Hawks, 40-0 on Friday night in a lopsided, hard hitting contest that left both teams with injuries to their starting Quarterbacks.

Nanakuli lost both their #1 and #2 QB's to injuries against  Pearl City during the game. Already down to just 16 players to fill out both the offense and defense, the Golden Hawks would turn to the running back position to fill in at Quarterback.

In the 3rd Quarter, Chargers starting QB Dustin Bataya took a devastating hit on the goal line while attempting a two point conversion that knocked him out of the ball game.
