PCHS Project Grad Announces “Charger” Inaugural Golf Tourney

 

The Pearl City High School (PCHS) 2011 Project Graduation Committee would like to invite you to participate in the Inaugural PCHS "Charger" Golf Tournament to be held on March 25, 2011 (Kuhio Day) at the Ewa Beach Golf Course.

The 2011 PCHS Project Graduation "Charger" Golf Tournament Planning Committee would like to humbly ask for your “CHARGER” Sponsorship support to help secure much needed funds for the Pearl City High School Project Graduation…an all-night, drug-and alcohol-free celebration to ensure a safe and memorable night for graduating seniors.

"Charger Tee Sponsor:

For your contribution of $900, you will be entitled to:

·         A 3-player team entry

·         Express VIP Check-In for all players in team

·         Two (2) mulligan’s per player

·         Tee sign w/company name and logo on a selected hole

·         Lunch and Banquet Dinner for all  team players

·         Special Banquet seating and gift

·         Recognition as “CHARGER” Sponsor in program and during   Awards Banquet

·         Putting Contest

·         Participation rights to 2012 Project Graduation “CHARGER” Golf Tournament

Fee includes Green Fee, Cart, Refreshment, Lunch, Awards Dinner and Prizes!

Particularly, in these difficult economic times, there are many demands for the goodness and generosity of individuals and businesses like you.  In choosing to extend that goodwill to our special event, you will help to pave a path that will make a difference for our young adults and their future.

Pearl City High School Project Graduation is an all-night, drug- and alcohol-free celebration to ensure a safe and memorable night for graduating seniors.  Graduates are whisked away to a secret location and treated to a fun-filled evening enjoying great food, entertainment and numerous activities.  The following morning, graduates are returned safe and sober to the school to their awaiting parents.

The quest for new funding resources and community support is vital.  For the senior class students, I humbly ask for your participation in the Pearl City High School 2011 Inaugural Project Graduation “CHARGER” Golf Tournament to be held on Friday, March 25, 2011, at the Ewa Beach Golf Course.  Please join us for competitive camaraderie, great food and fabulous prizes.  Your individual or team application will ensure a successful event.
