A "Zumba Gold Demonstration" program for adults will be presented at Pearl City Public Library on Thursday, August 18 at 9:30 a.m. in the Adult Reading Section. Admission is free.
Zumba Gold instructor Ida Patykula will discuss the history and benefits of Zumba Gold, a modified version of Zumba for older adults, and conduct a demonstration. Zumba is the popular Latin-inspired, dance-style aerobic exercise fitness program.
Contact the Library two weeks in advance if a sign language interpreter or other special accommodation is needed. Pearl City Public Library is located at 1138 Waimano Home Road.
