Suds for cash at Chargers football car wash fundraiser

The Pearl City High School (PCHS) Chargers varsity and junior varsity football teams held their annual car wash fundraiser on Saturday, August 27 at the PCHS campus KLM parking lot.

A steady stream of cars lined up from 9:00am to get their cars washed by the Chargers players, coaches, parents and volunteer supporters.

The Chargers had a bye in their schedule this weekend and took advantage of the time off to raise much needed funds for their football program while putting a shine on the cars of their PCHS football supporters.

All proceeds from Saturday's car wash fundraiser will go towards the support of the Chargers football program for the 2011 season.

Mahalo to the Pearl City community for their support of our PCHS Chargers!

The Chargers varsity and junior varsity football teams return to action on the road at Nanakuli on Saturday, September 3. JV kicks off at 4:00pm. Varsity to follow.

Go Chargers!
