Lehua Elementary School Principal Fay Toyama accepted a $1000 donation from the Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association on Friday, August 24, 2012.
Principal Toyama was presented 10-$100.00 Pearl City Shopping Center gift certificates during Lehua Elementary's Western Round Up BBQ and Games held on the school grounds and cafeteria.
Friday's presentation to Lehua Elementary School completes the Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association's annual $1000 gift certificate donation to two deserving Pearl City District Complex elementary schools for the 2012-2013 school year. Palisades Elementary School received their donation on Friday, August 10.
The Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association appreciates the opportunity to give back to our Pearl City Schools with each donation that directly benefits the schools by adding much needed funds to their yearly budgets.
