Family Fun at PCSC Halloween Keiki Costume Contest and Parade

The Pearl City Shopping Center offered a great opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy a fun and safe Halloween experience for the whole family on Saturday at the Annual PCSC Halloween Keiki Costume Contest and Parade.

Chuck E. Cheese Restaurant at the Pearl City Shopping Center hosted the keiki costume contest and parade.

Student athletes from Pearl City High School's Athlete Honor Society (AHS) served as volunteer judges for the keiki costume contest.

Keiki costume contest participants competed in the following categories and age groups:

Categories:

Most Original Costume, Scariest Costume, Best Parent-Child Costume, and Best Movie Theme Costume.

Age Groups:

5 & Under, 6-8, and 9-12.

Pearl City Shopping Center Gift Certificates were awarded to the top two finishers in each category and age group.

First place winners received a $50.00 Pearl City Shopping Center Gift Certificate. Second place winners received a $25.00 Pearl City Shopping Center Gift Certificate.

Chuck E. Cheese Restaurant generously donated Chuck E. Cheese Pizza Fun Parties and 50 Chuck E. Cheese tokens to the winners.

Steveo the Clown entertained the crowd with creative ballon creations that he designed and passed out to all of the participants. Steveo also served as the emcee for the awards presentation.

Chuck E. Cheese managers Jodie Hasche and Alison Hayami and the Chuck E. Cheese staff did a wonderful job as hosts for the event.

Also, a very special mahalo to Sheri Rolf and George Cochard from Rolf Advertising for organizing another successful PCSC Halloween Keiki Costume Contest and Parade.

Sheri and George would also like to invite you to participate in the 2012 Pearl City Christmas Parade presented by the Pearl City Shopping Center Merchant Association which is scheduled for Sunday, December 2, 2012. The parade begins at Momilani Elementary School at 4:00pm and ends at the Pearl City Shopping Center.
