The Pearl City Chargers advanced to the HHSAA State Division I Boys Soccer Championship Tournament Quarterfinals after defeating the King Kekaulike Na Ali'i 1-0 (10-9) in the third round of a penalty kick shootout on Wednesday at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex in Waipahu.
