Mayor Caldwell installs new HBDA officers Shirley and Herb Ota

At the Inaugural Ball held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 was the installation of officers of HBDA by Mayor Kirk Caldwell. Shirley Ota was installed as President of Hawaii Ballroom Dance Association. Herb Ota was installed as Secretary and Webmaster of the Pearl City Chapter.
