Momilani Elementary School PTSO presents Family Fun Night

 

Momilani Elementary School held their annual "Family Fun Night" on Friday, May 10, 2013 in the Pearl City High School Cafeteria. The event was presented by the very hardworking and dedicated Hui  O Momilani  PTSO.

Family Fun Night featured Taiko and Hula Performances, Games, ono food and desserts from the following vendors; Cherry on Top, Gyotaku Bento Dinners, Jamba Juice, Kettle Corn, KC Waffle Dogs, Na Ono Grilled Corn, and Papa John's Pizza.

Students from Pearl City High School volunteered their time in support of Momilani Elementary School. The 2013 Lady Chargers State Judo Championship team and members from the 2013 Charger Boys Judo team also helped out at the different game venues.

The Momilani Elementary School ohana came out in numbers to support the students. Proceeds from the event go towards the support of school programs and extra-curricular activities.

Great job and mahalo to the Hui O Momilani  PTSO for the ono bento and beautiful lei!

Momilani Elementary School Principal Mrs. Doreen Higa (center) is pictured with Momilani Elementary

SSC Gayleen Fujimura, (left) and school Librarian Mary Kunimitsu (right). Fujimura and Kunimitsu will

be retiring at the end of the current school year after 40 years of service in the DOE. Principal Higa honored

them during the Friday's Family Fun Night.
