Broken service lateral disrupts service to eight Board of Water Supply customers in Pearl City

An early Monday morning broken 1 1/2 inch service lateral on Noelani Street at the intersection of Noelani Street and  Hoolaulea Street affected eight customers with seven of the eight having their water service restored by 5:30am. One customer was left without service.

The Board of Water Supply provided a 300 gallon Potable Water tank for the customers to use during repairs to the service lateral. Repairs are estimated to continue throughout today.

The eastbound lane on Noelani Street near the Hoolaulea Street Intersection was closed as of 11:45am this morning.
