Take Customer Satisfaction Survey June 17 to July 31. The Hawaii State Public Library System (HSPLS) wants your opinions! The 2013 HSPLS Customer Satisfaction Survey will be conducted to obtain feedback from library users about our collections and services from June 17 through July 31.

This survey will help us identify areas where we can improve our services and better meet the needs of our communities. The customer satisfaction survey will also gather responses concerning our online databases, e-Learning resources, eBooks/eAudio/eMusic collection, and Internet scheduling self-service system, which we need for our annual Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) report.

"Your feedback is very important to us," said State Librarian Richard Burns. "The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and will be available online at www.librarieshawaii.org and in paper version at all 50 libraries statewide."
