Today's Pearl City Senior LL World Series update reported by Kelsey Higa:

Pearl City is on their way to the semi-finals. With a 11-1 win by mercy rule over the host team (Bangor, Maine), Pearl City is in 1st place in Pool A.

Pearl City came out swinging today scoring 11 runs off of 8 hits, 3 of those runs coming from the very first inning. Colby Hirano led off with a base hit to the shortstop, beating out the throw.
