Boys of Summer deliver Pearl City to a world wide audience

Aug 21, 2013 | PC Sports

It was quite a post season for teams and players representing Pearl City from the Little League Intermediate District 7 and Hawaii State Champions, to the Senior Little Little District 7, Hawaii State, and Western Regional Champions, to the three Pearl City High School Charger teammates who played for the Waipahu American Legion Hawaii State Champions, and the Western Regional Championswho also finished third at the American Legion World Series Championships in Shelby, North Carolina.

Our Pearl City ball players, coaches, and supporters not only represented Pearl City, but also carried the Aloha Spirit to the ball parks and stadiums that they played in from coast to coast and also to a world wide television and internet audience.

MyPearl City.com would like to congratulate the players and coaches for playing with pride, skill, and with the will to win as a team that gained respect and admiration from opposing teams and their supporters.

Also, to the Pearl City and Waipahu parents and supporters who spread their Aloha to all the players, their teams and supporters that they came in contact with throughout the summer in post season championship tournament play on the mainland.
