The Pearl City High School track team hosted the annual Pearl City High School Elementary Invitational Track Meet on Friday, April 25 at Edwin "Bino" Neves Stadium. Manana Elementary School captured the overall championship title with a combined score of 218. Palisades Elementary (206), and Momilani Elementary (205) rounded out the top three finishers.
Waiau Elementary won the boys team championship title while Kanoelani Elementary won the girls team championship title.
Track athletes from eight Pearl City elementary schools representing boys and girls from grades 5 and 6 participated in the track meet.
Mahalo to the Pearl City Chargers track team and coaches for organizing, hosting, running each event, and score keeping at the 2014 Pearl City High School Elementary Invitational Track Meet.
