Momilani Dog Park moves a step closer to becoming a reality in our community

Jul 7, 2014 | PC Community

Construction for the new Pearl City Foundation Momilani Dog Park at the Momilani Community Center moved another step closer to becoming a reality for dog lovers in Pearl City on Saturday, July, 5 as volunteers installed fence posts around the perimeter of the dog park. The actual fence and gates will be installed by volunteers within the next two weeks.

The newly appointed all volunteer Momilani Dog Park Board of Directors, made up of Pearl City residents and dog lovers is in the planning process of establishing Dog Park rules and regulations as well as planning the dog park grand opening and future pet clinics and other activities.

A special mahalo to our community volunteers who are working hard to make the Momilani Dog Park a success and a future gathering place for our Pearl City residents and visitors from neighboring communities to mingle and enjoy with their pets.

the fence post holes as well as prepared and poured concrete pads for the water stations and rest areas.
