Pearl City Shopping Center hosts MDA “FILL THE BOOT” Fundraiser

Hawaii Fire Fighters along with family and friends participated in the annual "Fill the Boot" fundraiser campaign at the Pearl City Shopping Center on Sunday, August 31, 2014 in support of the Hawaii Muscular Dystrophy Association. Cash donations collected at Sunday's fundraiser will go to the MDA to help seek treatments and cures for neuromuscular diseases.

HFD volunteers positioned themselves around the Pearl City Shopping Center with "Boots in hand" to collect the much needed funds for the MDA. Once again, Pearl City Shopping Center patrons generously contributed and supported the cause. Mahalo!

Also mahalo to the Hawaii Fire Fighters and their ohana for volunteering their time in support of the Hawaii Muscular Dystrophy Association and the many families that the monetary donations collected will benefit and serve through the MDA.

Great Job!
