Honolulu Board of Water Supply repair crews are on the scene of a 2:30am 8-inch water main break on Komo Mai Drive near Hoolaulea Street in Pearl City. Police have closed both the westbound and eastbound lanes on Komo Mai Drive between Hoolaulea and Hookupa Streets.

This is the second water main break in the area in less than a week. Last week Friday, BWS crews repaired the same 8-inch water main line about a 100 feet east of  today's early morning break that occurred in the eastbound lane near the Komo Mai Drive and Hoolaulea Street intersection.

The BWS reports that around 30 customers are without water services. A water wagon will be made available for affected  BWS customers.
