Red Light Challenge Band makes a “Stop” and “Go” at Lehua Elementary School

The Luster brothers, Sean & Kyle from the rock band Red Light Challenge performed at Lehua Elementary School on Tuesday, October 14 before a packed house in the school cafeteria that included the school student body and staff.

Sean and Kyle's performance was part of the Red Light Challenge Band's mission to serve our youth through the bands "Green Light Go" program that takes the brothers into the schools with the goal of inspiring the younger generation in both music and arts. Hundreds of students each year are positively impacted through the "Green Light Go" program.

Sean & Kyle are also in the running to win a prestigious L.A. Music Award in early November. The Red Light Challenge Band is the first performing act from Hawaii to receive a nomination from the L.A. Music Awards organization.

"We're excited to be going to L.A. in a few weeks for the L.A. Music Awards and a mini-tour," said Sean & Kyle. "It would be really cool to be able to bring an L.A. Music Award home to Hawaii!"
