Pearl City Neighborhood Board announces 2015 Candidate filing period

The Pearl City Neighborhood Board is currently in the candidate filing stage for the 2015 elections. All seats across all of the boards are up for election this spring.

“Serving on your Neighborhood Board presents the opportunity to create real change in your community, build a legacy, and network with other leaders,” said Mayor Kirk Caldwell. “No one knows a neighborhood better than the people who live in it. I was honored to serve on both the Manoa and Kaimuki Neighborhood Boards.”

Candidates may apply online at www.honolulu.gov/nco. Registration forms are also available at the City and County of Honolulu Neighborhood Commission Office, Honolulu Hale, room 406, or by calling (808) 768-3717.  The deadline to apply is February 20, 2015.
