Kalahikiola’s two goals leads Mililani over Pearl City 3-2

Mililani's Kalahikiola Judd scored the winning goal with time running out in the second half to break a 2-2 tie and lead the Trojans over Pearl City 3-2 last night in Oahu Interscholastic Association Boys’ Western Division soccer played at Pearl City High School.

Judd scored his first goal of the ball game at one minute to give the Trojans an early 1-0. Pearl City came back and tied the game on a goal from 20 yards out by Luke Wyman at the four minute mark.

Mililani's Treyton Kong broke the 1-1 tie scoring at the 37th minute to give the Trojans a 2-1 lead at the half.

In the second half, Wyman scored his second game tying goal at the 65th minute to knot the game at 2-2.

Judd scored the game winning goal on a pass from Spencer Hokama that positioned Judd in front of the box with time running out on the game clock.

Mililani improves to 8-1 and remains in first place in league play. Pearl City falls to 7-2.

Pearl City and Mililani finish out the regular season on Friday, January 23 with Mililani hosting Leilehua and Pearl City hosting Waianae. Game time is scheduled for 6:00pm. Pearl City vs. Waianae will be broadcast live on OC Sports.
