The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit (HART) is offering two free social media workshops to business owners and managers in Waipahu and Pearl City/Aiea. The workshops are a part of HART's business outreach program that is designed to help businesses along the rail construction line with additional customer outreach during rail construction.
