I would like to thank Momilani Elementary School for inviting me to attend their fundraiser awards ceremony this afternoon before the students headed off to the winter holiday break.
I also enjoyed a very special performance by ukulele master Ryo Montgomery who is visiting Oahu from Australia. He thoroughly entertained the students, faculty, and staff with a selection of Christmas songs that also incorporated the students participation (much to their delight and true holiday spirit).
The students were also treated to a surprise appearance by Santa Claus who dropped in to wish them all a very Merry Christmas!
