5th & 6th Grade Pearl City Complex Volleyball Challenge
March 12th, 2015 (Saturday)
@ PCHS Gymnasium
8:00am – 12 noon 5th graders
12:30 noon – 4:30pm 6th graders
Pools & Pool Play:
Pearl Citycomplex elementary schools will be geographically divided into two divisions, the Eastern and Western Division. Using Waimano Home Road as the dividing line we have 4-schools in each division.
Eastern Pool
Waiau, Pearl City Highlands, Momilani, and Lehua
Western Pool
Palisades, Manana, Pearl City, and Kanoelani
In the pool play each divisional school will play each other 2 games, straight to 21 points, 1 time out per game. Each win will be counted as a 1 point.
Tiebreaker for seeding criteria:
1. Winner of head to head match up
2. Lowest total of points allowed between head to head
3. Lowest total of points allowed between all games
Playoff Seeding:
In the playoffs, single game, 25 points (must win by 2, no cap), 1 time out per game.
All teams will be seeded using the pool play bracket
