Umpires chose player of the game: Shanti Passi, a 6th grader at Manana elementary school. She pitched 3 innings, struck out 4 batters and is the only girl to pitch in the tournament (the Hawaii Diamonds are the only team in the tournament that has girls on the team, 3 )
Caleb Lauifi also hit the first homerun of the tournament today.
