Mililani rallied past Pearl City 9-8 scoring eight runs in the last two innings to defeat the visiting Chargers on Tuesday at Mililani High School. Justin Ogasawara hit a game winning two-out pinch-hit single in the bottom of the seventh inning that scored Thomas Nakatsukasa and sent the Trojans and their fans into a chorus of cheers and celebration that reverberated around the ball park.
Pearl City was cruising along with a seven run lead at 8-1 entering the bottom of the sixth inning when the Trojans jumped on Charger starting pitcher Dillin Hasegawa. With bases loaded, Hasegawa was relieved by Matt Aribal who gave up a one-out 3-RBI triple by Micah Kaohu that cut into the Chargers lead to 8-4. The Trojans score five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to trail the Chargers 8-6.
In the bottom of the seventh inning the Trojans stepped up their offensive attack on the Chargers scoring three runs with the game winner coming on the pinch-hit RBI single by Thomas Nakatsukasa.

Pearl City's Matt Aribal took the loss in 1 2/3 innings of relief of starter Dillin Hasegawa. Aribal gave up four runs on four hits with one strikeout. Hasegawa pitched 5 1/3 innings allowing five runs on six hits with one walk and one strikeout.
Micah Kaohu led Trojans at the plate hitting 2-3 with a triple, 4 RBI, and 1 run scored.
Pearl City's Carter Hirano batted 2-3 with a triple, RBI, and 1 run scored. Matt Aribal went 2-4 with 2 RBI and 1 run scored. Sam Prentice batted 2-3 with 2 RBI and 3 runs scored.
Mililani improved to 6-5 while Pearl City fell to 4-7 in league play.
Mililani and Pearl City finish out the regular season this week Thursday, April 7 with Mililani taking on league leading Campbell (10-0) at Hans L 'Orange at 6:30pm and Pearl City traveling to Aiea (5-6) with first pitch scheduled for 3:00pm.
