Mahalo Highlands Intermediate “Voice” students for a great time!

I would like to say mahalo to Ms. Ann Mumaw and her wonderful eighth grade students from Highlands Intermediate School's Voice Newspaper who welcomed me into their classroom this morning.

I received an opportunity to field media related questions from the Voice student writers and photo journalists. Questions included the intial start-up and inner-workings of MyPearlCity.com as well as the future of online social media and the impact it has on the future of  televised news and the print media.

The hour spent together flew bye. The students were very intelligent and a lot of fun too!
