Fuamatu repeats – Oda, Tanuvasa win first time Gold!

Three Pearl City Lady Chargers were crowned champions at yeaterday's Oahu Interscholastic Association Individual Judo Championships held at Leilehua High School.  Jackie Fuamatu repeated as the 154 lbs. champion while Kayla Oda won the 109 lbs. championship and Michelle Tanuvasa captured gold at 172 lbs. The Charger Boys landed three in third place at 145, 161, and 198 lbs.

The Chargers head off to this Saturday's (May 6) HHSAA State Judo Championships scheduled for University of Hawaii's Stan Sheriff Center.
