Momilani Elementary 3rd graders star in “The Tale of Travelers on the Treacherous Trail”

Momilani Elementary School's third grade class of 2016-2017 presented "The Tale of Travelers on the Treacherous Trail" on Wednesday, May 17 at the school cafeteria.

The students performed in a wonderful and very entertaining musical written and directed by Momilani Elementary School third grade teacher Mr. Masaru Uchino. Tyler Wee played the musical’s lead role as Papa Joe with a special guest apperance by Ms. Jennica Lastimosa.

Congratulations to the students who sang and danced their hearts out much to the delight of their parents and ohana who packed the school cafeteria in support of the student performers.

Mahalo to the Grade 3 Drama Band performers,  Mrs. Kanoho, Mr. Uchino, Mr. Nieva, and Miss Jennica. Also mahalo to the Audio Visual Support Team of Mr. Nishihara and Mr. Rexie – Steadfast AV.

A special mahalo to Momilani Elementary School Principal Mrs. Doreen Higa for her leadership and exceptional support of the Momilani Elementary Drama Program that presents drama performances each school year starring student performers from Kindergarten through 6th grade.

Also, mahalo to the Momilani Elementary set designers and choreographers. Always a first class production!
