Isn't it amazing how the year is just passing, like in a blink! It's already Fall and the days are getting dark so quickly!
I'm co-chairing the Pearl City High School (PCHS) Project Grad (PG) for this year and wanted to invite you all to the College Preparation Workshop for next Wed. evening at the Pearl City Cultural Center. I went when the boys were Freshmen and it was helpful. I thought it was a little early, but went anyway, and I don't know where the last two years have gone! We're going to go again, but it definitely helps to have some idea of what to expect and how to start preparing even a few years ahead!
PCHS PG is hosting the College Preparation Workshop next Wednesday, Nov. 1 and it's also a PG fundraiser for the Seniors. I am trying to help get the word out by emailing people that I know who may have contact with high school students and parents.
Could you please help me to get the word out by sharing this email and the Project Grad email address with the parents and students in your classes, clubs, teams, at work, and with family and friends? Especially the Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors, but even for the Freshman. Even those not from our high school can sign up. Please share/forward with other groups as well so we can have a great turnout. Parents and students from other school are also welcome to RSVP and attend!
There's a form attached to turn in or you can RSVP by email. I tried to make it easier to RSVP via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, instead of having to print the attachment and drop it off at the school office. Please see below.
ALL GRADES and OTHER SCHOOLS ARE WELCOME. IT'S NOT "TOO" EARLY FOR ANY STUDENT.
PG is also doing pre-sale of chicken and sushi tickets for pick up at the PCHS Craft Fair on Nov. 19, 2017.
Thank you so much for your support!
