The Pearl City Lady Chargers lost their 2019 OIA D1 West Volleyball regular season opener against Aiea in a five-set thriller 25-20, 20-25, 18-25, 25-15, 17-15 last night at PCHS.
Aiea's Precious Tauanuu led all scorers with 21 kills.and 2 aces.
Emma Harada-Suaava led the Lady Chargers with 11 kills.
The lady Chargers return to action on Wednesday at Leilehua.
