Mililani defeated Pearl City 7-5 yesterday afternoon at Pearl City to open the 2020 OIA Western Division I Softball regular season.
Joie Baker earned the win for Lady Trojans pitching 3 innings while allowing 1 run on 1 hit with 1 walk and no strikeouts.
Gracie Kikuchi took the loss for the Lady Chargers. Kikuchi pitched 2/3 innings allowing 4 runs, 1 hit with 4 walks and no strikeouts.
Rylee Njshimoto led the Lady Trojans at the plate hitting 3-4 with a double, 1 run, and a RBI.
Braelynn Kaulu-Choy Foo hit 2-3 with a HR, 2 runs, and a RBI to lead the Lady Chargers.
The Lady Chargers host the Waianae Lady Seariders on Tuesday, March 10 with first pitch set for 3:00pm.
