I received a Pfizer Booster shot (Janssen vaccine) this morning at the Straub Medical Center COVID-19 Vaccine Center. The Straub vaccination staff was so nice all the way through the vaccination process. As a diabetic, the booster shot will give me better protection against being infected by the COVID-19 disease.
I truly appreciate the opportunity to be fully vaccinated at this point in COVID-19 pandemic. My heart also goes out to those who are being tormented for choosing not to be vaccinated because of their religious beliefs or health reasons.
My prayers are sent every day for those who have lost their lives as well as prayers for their families and friends, and also for those who are battling the disease at this time.
