Pearl City Lady Chargers shut out Kaiser 2-0, advance to OIA championship semifinals against Mililani on Thursday

Congratulations to the Pearl City Lady Chargers who advanced to the OIA DI Varsity Girls Soccer Championship semifinals after shutting out (E2) Kaiser 2-0 last night in the quarterfinals played at Mililani High School’s John Kauinana Stadium.

Pearl City Goals:

Julia Oka – 1

Aeryn Hatico – 1

The (W2) Lady Chargers will take on OIA West Champion Mililani on Thursday at 5:30pm in the first match up of the doubleheader semifinals at Kapolei High School. (W1) Mililani defeated (W5) Aiea last night 6-0 in the night cap at John Kauinana Stadium.

OIA East Champion Moanalua will play (W2) Campbell in the other semifinal game scheduled for 7:00pm at Kapolei High School. (E1) Moanalua defeated (W4) Waipahu 1-0 (2OT) and (W2) Campbell beat (W6) Kapolei 2-0 at Moanalua High School on Thursday.

Thursday’s semifinal winners advance to the OIA Championship title game on Saturday, February 12 at Kapolei High School with kick off scheduled for 7:00pm.
